WUCL: Night to forget as Man City thrash Nnadozie's Paris

Nigeria Super Falcons goalkeeper, Chiamaka Nnadozie had a day to forget after her side Paris FC was beaten by Manchester City in the first leg of their UEFA Women Champions League qualifying matchup, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Nnadozie conceded five goals as the Women's Soccer League side ran riot over the D1 Arkema side at Stade Charléty, Paris.

The debut goal for Vivianne Miedema saw the visitors in front in the 36 minutes after she met Jess Park's cross and fired in on the volley.

It was almost 2-0 immediately but Nnadozie tipped Fujino's strike onto the crossbar.

Two minutes later the second goal came as Park scored as she confidently fired into the net to grab City's second in quick succession.

Miedema laid one on a plate for Fujino but Nnadozie made the save again to deny the Japan forward a debut goal of her own and end the first half 2-0.

After two minutes of action in the second half, City increased their lead through Mary Fowler in the 49 minute after Nnadozie hesitated and was dispossessed leaving Fowler with an empty net to score.

By the 58th minute, the visitors were 4-0 up after a great cross from Fujino, and Hemp's header was denied by Nnadozie, but Park was first to the rebound and slots home and get her second of the night.

Three minutes after her introduction, Chloe Kelly made it 5-0 for City in the 78 minute.

The encounter ends 5-0 with Nnadozie and her teammates having a mountain to climb in the second leg when they City in England.
