Would-be Ghanaian attacker Elvis Manu scored the opener for Feyenoord against his former club Dordrecht as they won 2-1. Neither Marvin Peersmann nor Erixon Danso was in the Dordrecht squad for the game.
Derrick Luckassen was on the AZ Alkmaar bench when they lost 3-1 at Vitesse Arnhem.
Shadrach Eghan sat on the FC Twente bench for their 2-0 home win over PEC Zwolle.

Ghana attacker David Accam could not make the Chicago Fire team for their 1-0 home loss against Vancouver WhiteCaps. Gershon Kwoffie came off the Whitecaps bench to play the last two minutes for them.
