"?Bundesliga outfit Wolfsburg have made a transfer bid for Tottenham winger Heung-min Son, "?according to BILD.
The South Korean international only left Germany a year ago following impressive spells with Bayer Leverkusen and Hamburg, but Wolfsburg are reportedly keen on bolstering their attacking midfield areas.
Andre Schurrle recently left the club to join Thomas Tuchel's Borussia Dortmund, while Julian Draxler's future remains unclear.
Due to the impressive form of Tottenham's attacking trio of Dele Alli, Erik Lamela and Christian Eriksen, Son found his game time limited during his first season at White Hart Lane. He got his chance towards the end of the season, after both Moussa Dembele and Dele Alli picked up suspensions, and he scored against Southampton and Chelsea as Spurs finished third in the Premier League.
He still managed to contribute eight goals and five assists during his first season with Mauricio Pochettino's side, but couldn't surpass his goal tally of 11 Bundesliga goals during his final season with Leverkusen.
Everton and Leicester are both also reportedly interested in the 24-year-old, and chairman Daniel Levy could entertain bids "?after the Mirror announced that the North London club could cash in Son, despite him being just one year into his five-year contract.
The arrival and early promising form of summer signing Vincent Janssen could also limit Son's game time, with Janssen having paired up with Harry Kane during Spurs' win over Crystal Palace as well as during their 1-1 draw with Liverpool at the weekend.
Wolfsburg finished the 2015-16 Bundesliga season in 8th place, failing to qualify for either the Champions League or the Europa League.
