Beyond Limits FA became the first African team to win Virraggio Cup World Football Tournament after beating Brazzaville of Congo by 2-0 in the final on Monday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The Nigerian side beat the Congolese club side 2-0 to emerge champions of the 74th edition of the championship in Italy courtesy of goals from Kparobo Arierhi and own goal.

The Ikenne based side scored 2 goals in 8 minutes after a spirited performance in the early minutes of the game.

Kparobo Arierhi calmly slotted home a one time cross from Isaac Chukwudi after Ganiyu Adio laid the ball into space in the 18th minute.

Before Oluwaseyi Ogunniyi’s cross was diverted into the net for an own goal in the 26th minute of the game.

Arierhi had a couple of chances to increase Beyond Limit's lead in the second half, but the goalkeeper stood tall to make crucial saves.

Shina Ayodele, 5 minutes to the end of the encounter curled a ball towards goal, but goalkeeper chipped the ball for a corner kick.

The score remained the same till the end of the match as Beyond Limit made history to win the title.

To win the title the Nigerian side played 7 matches and won all, scoring 24 goals and conceding 7 goals.
