Nigeria forward, Anthony Ujah, bagged a brace as his German club, FSV Mainz defeated FC Eddersheim 4-0 in a friendly game on Friday at the Sportplatz an der Staustufe, Hattersheim.
Ujah, opened scoring for Mainz in the 10th minute of the encounter and added the second five minutes later.
Jean- Philippe Gbamin netted the third goal for Mainz in the 28th minute with Karim Onisiwo grabbing the fourth on the stroke of half-time
Ujah has featured in six Bundesliga games for Mainz this season and scored two goals.
Mainz occupy eighth position in the Bundesliga table with nine points from seven matches.
Sandro Shwarz’s men will face Borrussia Mönchengladbach in their next Bundesliga clash on Sunday, October 21 at the Station im Borrussia Park, Mönchengladbach.
