Nigeria's youngster, Adeshina Ayodele scored his first goal on his debut for Lille U19 in the UEFA Youth League on Tuesday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The Former Beyond_Limits Football Academy forward opened his scoring account in Lille's 2-2 draw against Sporting CP.
The French side were ahead after eleven minutes of action courtesy of a goal from Isaac Cossier, but it was not for long as Sporting were at par twelve minutes later courtesy of Mendonça.
More push in the second half saw Lille regain their lead as Adeshina from a resulting corner by Soriba Douane headed the ball into the net on 62 minutes.
Unfortunately, Lille could not take all three points as the Portuguese side scored after seven minutes of added time through Felicissimo.
Shina who made the switch from the academy to LOSC Lille this summer played until the 90th minute before he was substituted for Goffi.
Lille plays Real Madrid in their next match in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday, October 2 at the Domaine de Luchin.
