The possibility of seeing Nigeria international, Victor Osimhen, play in the first-leg of the quarter final tie against AC Milan in the UEFA Champions League continue to dangle after the striker trained in isolation, Nigeriasoccernet.com  reports.

Osimhen has been out of action for two weeks now following a tear in his adductor muscle while on international duty with the Super Falcons.

During this time Osimhen couldn’t play for Napoli in the last two league matches against AC Milan and Lecce, working on a quick return.

According to popular Italian journalist, Gianluca Di Marzio, Osimhen did not take part in squad training, instead, he worked individually on the pitch before heading into the gym.

The 24-year-old will undergo a round of medical tests on Tuesday to determine his availability for the game.
