The Italian Serie A side defeated the Belgian side 3-1 against a 10-man Club Brugge after Onyedika was shown a red card.
After Joel Ordóñez hit the crossbar for Brugge, Christian Pulišic struck directly from a corner in the 34th minute.
Despite Raphael Onyedika's dismissal six minutes later, the visitors equalised when Kyriani Sabbe drilled in after the restart.

Tijjani Reijnders however scored twice in 10 minutes (61 and 71 minutes) to give Milan their first points with Chukwueze assisting his second.
