Esther Onyenezide converted superbly from the spot for the Falconets' third of the match in the 30th minute as Nigeria went into the dressing room with a comfortable lead.
Amina scored her second of the day twelve minutes later into the second half to make it 4-0 before Esther Opeyemi Ajakaye scored the fifth two minutes later.
