Ghana's Under-20 team are expected to arrive in the country on Thursday night after they crashed out of the 2015 World Youth Championship in New Zealand.

Coach Sellas Tetteh and his troops were eliminated from the world showpiece after their humiliating 3-0 defeat to Mali in the 1/16th stage on Wednesday.

The Ghanaian trainer is now facing the sack after he failed to guide the team past the second round.

The Black Satellites enjoyed a fabolous run in the group phase where they managed a famous 3-2 win over record-holders and tournament favourite Argentina to top group B.

But a substandard performance against African neighbours Mali ensured they exited the competition.
