Nigeria's Tyronne Ebuehi came in handy for his club, Empoli in the Italian Serie A as they got a 1-1 draw against Sampdoria on Monday evening, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The Super Eagles defender assisted his side's comeback goal in their 35th match of the season at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris to consolidate their place above relegation waters.
Alessandro Zanoli scored in the 35th minute to separate the two sides at the end of the second half.
However, when it seemed Sampdoria were going away with the maximum points, Roberto Piccoli scored the leveller from Ebuehi's assist in additional time.
It is Ebuehi's third assist in consecutive matches for Empoli.
