Watford is about to close the deal for a new reinforcement in defense. According to what Sky Sports UK has gathered, the English club would be one step closer to Josh Doig, full-back born in 2002 owned by the Hibernian. The agreement between the parties is imminent, so much so that the manager of the Scottish club, Jack Ross, has already publicly announced the departure of the player.

Currently worth around €4M according to transfermarkt.com, and being tracked hard by Leeds United as well, Josh Doig has so far appeared in 37 matches with Hibernian, scoring one goal and 4 assists.
