TRANSFERS - Qingdao FC from China sign Badu

Transfer Market UK is reporting that Qingdao FC from CSL have signed Emmanuel Badu for free. Badu who announced retirement in January 21 after not being selected by Verona in League's squad. He stated the reason for retirement was to allow younger players get chance. Now as per this rumor it looks like he has made a comeback with Chinese club for new adventure. Former Ghana Int Holding mid is just 30 & was linked with former PL clubs like Watford & Stoke in past when he was playing for Udinese. He was with Italian club for the 10 years where he was regular for almost 7 years but after injuries & drop in form he was loaned to Bursaspor & Verona where he was made permanent in 2020. Badu also has played Champions League with Udinese. Now he has joined Qingdao who finished 13th last season in CSL have got Badu for mid to cover the space left by Denis Popovic & Fredrik Ulvestad who left recently.
