Nigerian striker Junior Ajayi has completed a move to Libyan club Al Hilal Benghazi on a short-term contract, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Ajayi, a bronze medalist with the Nigeria U-23 team at the 2016 Olympic Games, joins Al Hilal on a free transfer after leaving Egyptian club Smouha SC.
The 28-year-old had a brief but impressive spell at Smouha, scoring four goals in six league appearances.
Ajayi's most successful period came during his time at Egyptian giants Al Ahly, where he won four league titles and two CAF Champions League crowns.

Al Hilal Benghazi are currently competing in the Mauritanian League due to the ongoing political unrest in Libya and will be hoping Ajayi's experience and goalscoring ability can help them achieve success.
