Super Eagles practice spot kick in preparation for Angola

In preparation towards their quarter-final clash against Angola at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, the Super Eagles dedicated part of Monday's training session at the Police College, Cocody, to practicing spot kicks and shooting, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports

The three-time champions, aware of the challenges ahead, engaged in drills aimed at penalty kicks and sharpening their shooting skills towards the end of the session.

The Monday's training, according to Daily Post  had twenty-four players, under the guidance of head coach Jose Peseiro, participated.

Unfortunately, goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali was absent due to an injury sustained in the team's Round of 16 victory against Cameroon.

As they gear up for the quarter-final, the Super Eagles will continue their preparations on Tuesday, focusing on the upcoming encounter against Pedro Goncalves' side.
