Stephen Keshi Stadium To Host Aiteo Federation Cup Final

The final match of the 2018 edition of Aiteo Federation Cup will be played at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba, on Wednesday, October 24.

The game was earlier scheduled to take place this Sunday a day after Super Eagles’ 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying fixture against Libya.

The 2018 Aiteo Federation Cup is already at the semi-finals stage with the matches billed to hold at two venues on Wednesday.

Kano Pillars, who defeated CAF Confederation Cup semi-finalists, Enyimba in the quater-finals last Sunday will face Katsina United at the Agege Stadium.

Five-time winners of the competition, Enugu Rangers will lock horns with Nasarawa United in the other semi-final tie at the Sani Abacha Stadium, Kano.

Akwa United won the competition last year edging out Niger Tornadoes 3-2 on penalties in the final at the Agege Stadium.

The final of Aiteo Women’s Federation Cup will take place at the Samson Siasia Stadium, Yenagoa on Tuesday, October 23rd.
