Sevilla are reportedly planning to offload Nigerian winger Chidera Ejuke as part of their summer rebuild, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Ejuke joined the Spanish club on a free transfer last summer after his contract with CSKA Moscow expired.

However, the 27-year-old has struggled to make an impact at Sevilla, managing just two goals and one assist in 25 league appearances.

A hamstring injury kept him sidelined for around three months, further hindering his progress.

Sevilla's new head coach, Matias Almeyda, and sporting director, Antonio Cordon, are expected to drive the club's summer overhaul.

Another Nigerian player, Kelechi Iheanacho, who joined Sevilla on a free transfer last summer, is also expected to leave the club this summer. Iheanacho was loaned to Middlesbrough in January and may not return to the club.

Ejuke's future remains uncertain, but it appears likely he will depart Sevilla in the coming weeks.
