Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen again has been nominated for the Serie A Player of the Month award for February, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The Nigeria international scored in every of his league games for Napoli last month.
With a goal each against Spezia, Cremonese, Sassuolo and Empoli, Osimhen ended the month with additional four league goals to his name.
The Nigerian international is also on an eight-game goalscoring streak in the league, requiring only three more to equal Gabriel Batistuta’s record of 11, which was set with Fiorentina during the 1994-95 season.
He is nominated alongside his Napoli teammate, Kvicha Kvaratskhelia, Juventus winger, Angel di Maria, Leece defender, Federico Baschirotto and Torino midfielder, Aleksei Miranchuk.
Osimhen for the record, won both Serie A Player of the Month and Goal of the Month for January.
