Milan are interested on Roma midfielder Alessandro Florenzi, reported Calcio Mercato. The Rossoneri are in contact with the player’s entourage and will soon reach out to Roma’s General Manager Tiago Pinto to assess the feasibility of an operation. The Giallorossi are prepared to let the 30-year-old leave on loan, with an option to buy included in any final agreement. Florenzi has already given his approval. Initially, Jose Mourinho considered giving Florenzi a chance in preseason but the Italian international made it clear to the management that he does not intend on settling for a secondary role at the club.
Florenzi still has two years remaining on his contract at Roma, but the last campaign he spent on loan at Paris Saint-Germain.
