After Juventus chose to fire Andrea Pirlo, the future of Cristiano Ronaldo is still in doubt. The recent boss, Massimiliano Allegri, has already decided what to do with the player.

The Serie A season 2021-2022 will begin the first game week. Bianconeri kick off their campaign with a trip to Udinese on Sunday (22/8) evening.

Many rumors were raised when Ronaldo did not take part in pre-season training. This made many people believe the Portugal International going to leave Turin and join either Manchester United or Real Madrid.

However, Allegri skimmed those rumors by saying: "Ronaldo didn't play on Thursday because we were coming off a heavy training workload and I gave him half a day off," in his press conference.

"Ronaldo is an added bonus for us, because he guarantees a large number of goals. Obviously, we also have to work as a team to get the best out of an individual."
