Newly promoted Italian Serie A side Cremonese has launched a bid for Nigeria international, David Okereke, Nigeriasoccernet.com understand.

Okereke spent last season on loan with Venezia from the Belgium Jupiler side Club Brugge which he joined in 2019.
Despite the relegation of Venezia, Okereke was able to put an amazing performance for the club scoring seven goals for them.

The report further suggests that the lanky striker who had a year left in his deal with Brugge has reached an agreement with Cremonese to join them for the new season although its yet to be finalised.
Between 2019 till date, Okereke played 71 matches and scored 15 goals for Brugge.
