Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri stated on Tuesday that his side's trip to Spezia was a relegation struggle, as his club enters its sixth league encounter without a win and in the Serie A relegation zone.

Juve's 1-1 home tie with AC Milan on Sunday night left them in 18th place with just two points, ten points behind league leaders Napoli, and a furious Allegri was recorded rushing down the Allianz Stadium tunnel, yelling "and they want to play for Juventus."

They head to Spezia on Wednesday with a two-point deficit to their hosts, hoping to kick-start their season before hosting European champions Chelsea the following week.

"Looking at the table right now Spezia v Juventus is a relegation six-pointer... we need to be realistic, we can't talk about our goals as it stands," Allegri told reporters.
