U.C. Sampdoria and Macron have today unveiled the new Blucerchiati home kit for the 2021/22 season. It is the second year with Macron, one of the world’s leading kit suppliers, as Samp’s technical sponsor.
Traditions are important so the shirt maintains the classic royal blue with four horizontal stripes – white, red, black and white – across the middle and around the back. There is a roundneck collar with personalised Blucerchiati stripes and ‘La maglia più bella del mondo’ (The most beautiful jersey in the world) written inside the back of the neck.
The outside of the collar features the outline of the club’s Baciccia symbol, depicting a typical Genoese fisherman with a beard, cap and pipe.
On the right breast is silicon print of the Macron Hero while the left breast bears a silicon patch with the U.C. Sampdoria crest.
The home strip is completed with white shorts with a royal blue strip on the thighs and the club crest on the right leg.
The socks are white with the six Blucerchiati stripes (blue, white, red, black, white and blue) around the middle, the Macron Hero on the front and ‘U.C. Sampdoria’ written on the back.
The new Sampdoria kit represents the club’s identity, underscoring the sense of belonging to its colours and symbols. It does this with all the technical quality, design, precision and attention to detail that make Macron’s sportswear so unique and exclusive.
The shirt features Body Fit technology with Sirena Light as the main fabric and micromesh inserts to ensure perfect breathability.
