The squad was split into two groups as Sampdoria resumed training on Thursday morning at the Mugnaini in Bogliasco to kick off preparations for the final league game of the season at 18:00 CEST on Saturday away to Brescia.

The players who were heavily involved against AC Milan on Wednesday evening took part in a recovery session, while it was full training as normal for all the other fit players, warm-up and small-sided match included.
Albin Ekdal continued his tailored training programme as he bids to return to competitive action, while Felice D’Amico worked with a physio.
Training resumes on Friday afternoon and after dinner at the hotel, the squad will depart for Brescia.
