Al Ahly left back Sabry Rahil has passed a fitness test and will be available for selection on Tuesday night against the Super Eagles.

The defender could not complete Monday’s workout and national team medics later revealed that he was suffering from a sinus infection.

Sabry Rahil was not in action on Friday when the seven-time African champs played out a 1-1 draw with Nigeria in Kaduna, with Hamada Tolba occupying the left-back position.

The Zamalek stopper made a goal line clearance which prevented Chelsea loanee Victor Moses from hitting target in the first leg.
