Rivers United have announced that their first home game of the 2025/26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season against Kwara United is open to the public, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The match is scheduled to take place at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium on Sunday at 4 pm.
The club's management, in a statement on Thursday, urged supporters to join them for the game.

Rivers United drew 1-1 with reigning NPFL champions Remo Stars in their opening fixture of the season.
The club is looking to build on their momentum from the opening game and will be counting on the support of their fans to secure a win against Kwara United.
