Nigeria forward, Rasheedat Ajibade ended her 5-game goal drought in a while after scoring in Athletico de Madrid Femenino's win over Real Sociedad on Saturday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The Super Falcons winger propelled her side to a a two goals to one win with a brace at the Estadio.
She scored in the 6th minute after a pass from Cardona was connected well by the Nigerian and volleyed home to give Madrid the lead.
However, Amaiur restored parity for Sociedad few minutes later, but a well struck left footed shot by Ajibade three minutes into the second half settled all points for the visitors.
The brace takes her goal tally to six this season after 19 games in the Spanish Women's League.
Ajibde played for 93 minutes before being replaced by Lucia Moral in the tie.
