Ahead of the start of the 2021/2022 football season continues in the ‘Flying Antelopes’ fold, Rangers International F.C, management of the seven-time Nigeria league champions have successfully secured the services of former Sunshine Stars F.C’ left-back, Oluwaseun Olulayo and former national U-17 invitee shot-stopper, Okoh Chizoba.

The deals for both players were concluded, Friday, October 29, 2021, after contractual and personal terms were agreed upon by the players, intermediaries, and club management.

Experienced left-back, Olulayo has been in the camp of the ‘Flying Antelopes’ in the past week and has not put anyone in doubt of what he is bringing to the table for the actualization of the club’s double-trophy target for the coming season.

The former Sunshine Stars wing-back said, after signing the dotted lines, “It is good getting to move my God-given talent to a new home in Enugu where I hope to give my all towards helping the team realize its dreams for the coming season.”

Teenage Lanky shot-stopper, Chizoba Okoh, who was in the 2019 national U-17 camp as a 16-year old got his first professional contract with the Enugu landlords from River-Lane Youth Academy, Enugu, and has his eyes set to do a very good understudy of the vastly experienced goalkeepers in the team while waiting for an opportunity to man the post.

Okoh who is over six feet said after endorsing his signature to the contract papers, “This is a dream come true for me and I surely will continue to give my best at all times to remain fit for when an opportunity to defend the colors of Rangers will come as I have great goalkeepers that I hope to learn a lot from in the team. I am very happy.”

Recall that Rangers has over the last few days got the services of Ossy Martins, Bamidele Adeniyi, Eboko Ikechukwu, Julius Ikechukwu, Samuel Pam, Philip Clement, Bala Akintunde, Obiorah Emeka, Olawale Doyeni, Ejike Uzoenyi, David Chimezie, and others to team up with the retained players of the club to challenge for honors in the coming season.
