According to Sky Sports, Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger has told head coach Thomas Tuchel he is 100 per cent committed to playing under him next season.
Rudiger has one year left on his Chelsea contract and there have still been no talks over a new deal. The defender can sign a pre-contract agreement with a foreign club in January.
Chelsea had the opportunity to extend Rudiger’s contract by a further year in October ahead of a loan move in January. The extension didn’t materialise meaning Chelsea are now in danger of losing him on a free transfer.
