Manchester City are determined to land Harry Kane this summer, but are not willing to meet Tottenham's 150m euro valuation. In a bid to trim down the fee, City are set to offer Bernardo Silva as part of the deal, according to the Daily Mail.
The Portuguese midfielder is understood to be keen to leave City for more first team action, but whether he'd want to move to a club which isn't competing in Europe is another matter.
So far he had been linked with a move away to Spain with Atletico Madrid being the most likely destination, and there's also Juventus in Italy. Neither club actually made a move since Manchester City put a high price list for him.
