Esther Okoronkwo has been voted the Super Falcons' Fans' Player of the Tournament at the 2024 Women's Africa Cup of Nations, beating five teammates to the top spot, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The 27-year-old forward played a pivotal role in Nigeria's triumph, scoring two goals and providing six assists in six appearances.
She was also named in CAF's Best XI of the competition.
Okoronkwo won the fan-voted award, conducted on the Super Falcons' official X handle, ahead of teammates including captain Rasheedat Ajibade, Jennifer Echegini, Ashleigh Plumptre, Folashade Ijamilusi, and Chiwendu Ihezuo.

Ajibade meanwhile, was named Player of the Tournament by CAF.
