Mexican club Pachuca Femeni have announced the signing of Super Falcons defender, Ohale Osinachi following her exploits at the just concluded 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand with Nigeria, Nigeriasoccernet.com can confirm.
Las Tuzas del Pachuca have added the highly rated 31-year-old central defender to their ranks for the current Apertura 2023 campaign, arriving from Deportivo Alavés, the Spanish team she has played for since 2021 although she had a brief stint at Real Madrid.
"The magic of soccer today brings to the Tuzas a player whose values have led her to stand out internationally and to play 4 FIFAWWC with Super Falcons," the club wrote on their official twitter handle accompanied by a video to welcome their new signing.
Ohale Osinachi has also played with top-level teams such as Roma, from Italy, as well as belonging to squads such as Tacón, from Spain; Vittsjo and Vaxjo, from Sweden; Houston Dash, from the United States, as well as Rivera Angels and Delta Queens in the NWPL in her home country.
The versatile defender who has won four Women AFCON titles between 2010, 2014, 2016 and 2018 in addition to the Nigerian Women Premier League on two occasions will be hoping to hit the ground in no time in Mexico as league action starts.
