Official: Fulham announce acquisition of Samuel Chukwueze

English Premier League side, Fulham FC, has confirmed the signing of Samuel Chukwueze on loan from AC Milan, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

He joins the Cottages on a full-season loan with an option to buy from AC Milan.

He becomes the third Nigerian at Fulham, joining Iwobi and Calvin Bassey, and the eighth Nigerian to play at Craven Cottage.

Dickson Etuhu, Ola Aina, Ademola Lookman, Josh Maja, and Tosin Adarabioyo are other Nigerians who played for the London side.

Speaking after the move, Chukwueze said;

“I’m so happy to be here. It’s an amazing club. It feels like home because I have my people around me.

“I feel at home already, and I can’t wait to get started".

He departs Milan having averaged a goal or assist almost every other game, having played 70 times over the last two years.
