Nigeria forward, Odion Jude Ighalo was in blistering form to help his club side, Al Hilal reach the final of the Asian Champions League on Sunday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Ighalo scored a double brace in Al Hilal's seven nil win over Al Duhail at the Al Thumama Stadium.

Moussa Marega netted twice while Salem Al Dawsari was also on target to complete the rout over Duhail.

Ighalo opened the scoring in the second minute when Mohammed Kanno's cross was headed into the net by the Nigerian.

He doubled the lead in the 10th minute after Al Duhail goalkeeper Salah Zakaria had denied him five minutes earlier.

Just three minutes into the second half, Ighalo clipped the ball over Zakaria to complete his hat-trick to make it 6-0.

In the 62nd minute, he got his fourth and Al-Hilal’s seventh after converting from Abdullah Al Hamdan's cut-back.

Ighalo was substituted in the 69th minute by Alshehri.

The reigning champions are in the final where they will face Urawa Red Lions of Japan in a two-legged affair.

Al Hilal who are four times champions will be meeting their opponents for the third time in six years first on April 29 and on May 6.
