Chippa United goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali has resumed training after sustaining an injury during Tuesday's league match against Richards Bay, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Nwabali was stretchered off the pitch in the 35th minute, raising concerns about his availability for Nigeria's upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and South Africa.
Although the nature of the injury wasn't specified but Nwabali participated in a light session on Friday night.

He is expected to start in goal for Chippa United against Orlando Pirates on Sunday.
Nwabali has been named in Nigeria's 23-man squad for the upcoming qualifiers and is expected to be in goal against Rwanda and South Africa.
