Nigeria ousted CAF confederation representative Rivers United will today take on Bayelsa United in the South-South derby at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium,Port Harcourt in NPFL Match day 15.
The Pride of Rivers will be without there goalkeeper Victor Sochima, the Super Eagles invitee was sent off in the rescheduled matchday 11 fixture against Lobi Stars at the New Jos Stadium, Jos last month.
He has missed the clash against Dakkada on match day 14 Sochima has been in impressive form for the Stanley Egunma’s side both in the Nigeria Premier Football League and during the CAF Confederation Cup before their ouster last week.
Rivers United will hope to keep pressure on Lobi Stars who sit comfortably at the top of Group B.
Rivers United are unbeaten at home this season in the NPFL.
