The battles for survival and Super Six continues today Saturday 15th April, 2023 in the Nigeria Premier Football League as Nasarawa United and Gombe United clash at the New Jos Stadium while Rangers host Niger Tornadoes at the Awka City Stadium, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

For Nasarawa and Rangers, its all about survival while Gombe and Tornadoes continue their push for a place in the Super Six.

Nasarawa United vs Gombe United

Currently 9th on the 10 teams group A log, Nasarawa United will hope to boost their hope of survival when Gombe United who are 5 points adrift of Super Six place target to get one over there northern counterpart.

This is definitely not one of the seasons Nasarawa United would be proud of, the Solid Miners strongly believe they can beat the drop this season but first will have to overcome a determined Gombe United in Jos.

The first leg at the Pantami Stadium Gombe ended 1-1 and a further lost of points could be dangerous for both teams in their pursuit.

Rangers recent struggles seems not to be ending anytime soon and the position they found themselves this season looks scary for me fans.

One of the traditional clubs in the league definitely a season of nightmares but won't pray it ends the way of Kano Pillars another traditional club who failed to beat the drop last season.

Rangers International
8th on the 10 teams group B log, Rangers are just two points above the drop zone and today, they host an ambitious Niger Tornadoes who occupies the last Super Six spot in the group.

It was a share of spoils the last time both team met in January but a different contrasting ambition might produce a different results this time around.
