Gbenga Ogunbote is expected to sign a deal with six-time Nigeria Professional Football League champions, Enyimba of Aba as the new head coach of the side before the end of the week.

Under Aigbogun, the Aba giants finished in a disappointing 12th position in the Nigeria Professional Football League last term, failing woefully in the defence of their title.
Ogunbote was in charge At Shooting Stars last season and helped the club secure their safety in the top flight.
He has also once handled Sunshine Stars of Akure and the defunct Sharks of Port Harcourt.
