NPFL UPDATE: Nasarawa United And Tornadoes Set For Home Ground Return

Nigeria Professional Football League sides; Nasarawa United and Niger Tornadoes will return to their home grounds next season following massive renovation works at their stadia.

Nasarawa United played their home fixtures at the Aper Aku Stadium, Makurdi last season after the League Management Committee deemed the Lafia Township Stadium unsuitable to host matches.

Nigeriasoccernet however scooped from a reliable source  that the stadium is now ingood shape after renovation works were  carried out on the playing surface and other important parts.

In the same vein, the Bako Kontagora Stadium Minna, home ground of Niger Tornadoes has also received a face lift and will host the side's home fixture next term.

The Minna- based side adopted the newly built Confluence Stadium, Lokoja as their make shifthome ground last season.
