Football fans in Kano were thrown into shock today, following reported death of former Kano Pillars Captain, Ali Muhammad Dino.
A statement by the Vice President, Northwest zone, Sport Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Ado Salisu said that the former Keeper Trainer died after a protracted illness.

The late Pillars captain popularly known as Dino Zoff who Joined his ancestors Monday morning by 10:00am would be buried according to Islamic rite in due course.
