Enugu Rangers’ players have promised to win the last three matches of the season starting with their NPFL Match Day 36 tie with Sunshine Stars on Sunday for the Governor of the State, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi for his support to the Flying Antelopes.
The governor had a meeting with the club players on Wednesday and he pledged that the players would receive special incentives in the last three matches to ensure that the league title is won at the end of the season.
The captain of the team, Okey Odita assured the governor of the players promise to dedicate the results of their last three matches to him and that they have made it a point of duty to secure maximum points from them starting with their home tie against the Akure Gunners.
Rangers will face rejuvenated Ikorodu United next in Abeokuta after Sunshine Stars before their final home tie against El Kanemi Warriors.
They are second on the log with 54 points from 33 matches.
