Enyimba dragged themselves back into the game 11 minutes from time with Wasiu Alalade tapping home Andrew Abalogu’s cross.
The Promise Keepers moved from ninth to sixth position in the table now have 32 points, eight adrift of league leaders Lobi Stars.
Enyimba remain in 10th position but still have three outstanding games to be played.
