The win puts them top of the group pending the match between Gombe United and El Kanemi Warriors on Saturday.
The last match of the day saw Plateau United beat Bayelsa United by four goals to two.
Umar Bala's brace and a goal each by Weng Amos and Emmanuel Ukeyima seal a comeback win for the Junior Peace Boys, who join Remo Stars on three points in Group A.
