When Osun United resume league actions at the Osogbo Township Stadium, they will have their Team Manager back on the bench, reports Nigeriasoccernet.com.
Recalled that Mr Kabiru Adekunle, Osun United's Team Manager was suspended following the brawl that took place during an NLO game involving Osun United and HMK FC on Monday.
He was for rendering insultive words on the match Officials and thereby suspended for 3 matches.
After much investigation, the NLO however find him innocent of the charges and immediately reversed the decision to his favor.
"The Nationwide League One Secretariat received a more detailed match officials and the State Football Association report on the incident of harassment of match commissioner in the match played between Osun United FC vs HMK FC Osun State," NLO's statement reads.
"Sequel to above, the Nationwide League One Secretariat hereby lifts the 3 matches suspension placed on Mr Kabiru Adekunle of Osun United FC.
"Furthermore, the Nationwide League One Secretariat warned the Match Commissioner (Mr Tunde Adebiyi) to.desist from transferring personal aggression to the beautiful game of football affairs.
The NLO regrets any inconveniences the suspension might have caused Mr Kabiru Adekunle."
