The defender, who made his Super Eagles debut in the Unity Cup in London in May, will look to gain first-team experience with his new club.
Fredrick spent two seasons with Brentford's U21 team and was voted the team's Player of the Year last season, he is one of the young talents on Super Eagles coach Eric Chelle's radar.
