New Edubiase president Salam Yakubu alleges conspiracy theories against club as relegation hottens up

New Edubiase president Abdul Salam Mumuni is alleging conspiracy theories against his club as the battle for relegation hottens up.
United were held 1-1 at relegating-bound BA United on Sunday to leave the club, just two places above the relegation zone.
The Bekwai-based side was left disenchanted by the performance of referee Jonathan Tetteh, claiming the match officials are under pressure to take bad calls against the club.
Coach Anthony Kommeh’s side are claiming other struggling clubs are paying BA United to frustrate the side in their bid to save their own blushes in the relegation dog-fight.
“There is so much pressure on the referees to officiate against New Edubiase and we know what is happening,” he told Accra-based Happy FM
“The clubs in Greater Accra are conspiring against us and they are using the referees.
“The people engaging themselves in those acts know themselves. Edubiase’s match is now on a scale for other struggling teams.
“But we’ll never go down. I can promise them.”
Edubiase will host Hasaacas on Sunday.
