Nigeria winger Daniel Job has joined Dallas from Kongsvinger for €4.5m, completing a move to Major League Soccer after a productive spell in Norway. The 21-year-old has signed a contract with the American club running until 30 June 2030.
Job arrives in the United States after making 19 appearances for Kongsvinger in the 2026 OBOS-ligaen campaign. He scored seven goals and supplied seven assists, contributing directly to 14 goals during his time in the Norwegian second tier.
The left winger also played once in the NM-Cup this season, providing an assist. He started 90% of Kongsvinger’s league matches and played 88% of the available minutes, underlining his regular involvement before the move.
Job joined Kongsvinger from Sarpsborg 08 on 6 February 2026 in a free transfer. His move to Dallas represents the next stage of a career that has included spells with Sarpsborg 08 and Egersund, where he spent part of the 2024-25 season on loan from Sarpsborg.
The Nigeria international, who is right-footed, has been listed as a left winger throughout his senior career. He stands 1.74m tall and joins Dallas with a market value of €1m, although the transfer fee is considerably higher at €4.5m.
His arrival gives Dallas a new attacking option following his 2026 campaign in which goals and assists accounted for 26% of Kongsvinger’s league goal participation. Job’s production came in a side competing in the OBOS-ligaen before he switched to the MLS.
The transfer was completed on 2 September 2026, with Job leaving Kongsvinger and beginning his four-year stay with Dallas.
