Mikel And Iwobi Praise Nigerian Fans

Iwobi and Mikel will both be in action for the Super Eagles in the African Cup of Nations qualifier tomorrow afternoon .

And ahead of the crucial game, fans were invited to come and watch the team train and the Premier League pair were delighted with the support.

"I have never played on this pitch before but I appreciate these fans for all the love and respect they have shown me and the team,” Mikel told the Nigeriansoccernet.

Iwobi added: "They were cheering every move and making us feel like going full blast like it was a real game.

"I have no doubt they will create this again on Friday.”
