Enugu Rangers head coach, Abdul Maikaba complained of his team’s missed chances against Lobi Stars which condemned the Flying Antelopes to a 1-1 draw on Sunday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Rangers went behind to a goal from Elijah Ani few minutes after the break.

Lobi from then in were pegged to the back but Rangers were let down by their poor finishing and some great performance from Lobi Stars goalkeeper, Emmanuel Daniel.

Godwin Obaje restored parity for the Coal City club on 72 minutes.

“We have to blame ourselves for this result. In a game, we created over ten goal-scoring opportunities and scored only one, while the opponent created one and scored from it,” Maikaba said after the game as per Daily Post.

“It is our problem but we are working seriously to see that we rectify all these issues. We can continue to fight from this result and continue to improve in coming games to ensure that we move up on the log.”
