L’Équipe and Nice-Matin report that Belgian side Anderlecht are in talks with OGC Nice over the possible signing of 22-year-old French attacker Myziane Maolida.
Maolida, who joined Les Aiglons for €10m in 2018, is under contract with Les Aiglons until 2023. An opening bid has been made by Anderlecht, but Belgian sources state that OGC Nice’s valuation on the player is far too excessive for a deal to be done unless they soften their stance.
Maolida is excited about the idea of playing in a different league and is therefore somewhat interested by Anderlecht.
His record of 7 goals in 67 matches in all competitions for Les Aiglons indicates that the period together has not worked as planned.
